This policy explains how the personal data of users who visit www.elbapescaturismo.it or contact us
through the form, WhatsApp, phone or email is processed, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and
Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree 101/2018.

2. Personal data processed
a) Data provided voluntarily
- Data entered in the request form: name, phone number and, if provided, preferred date, number of people and type of trip.
- The content of the messages you send us via WhatsApp, phone or email.
b) Data collected automatically
- Technical browsing data: IP address, browser/device type (user agent), date and time of the request, recorded for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Data collected through cookies and similar tools: see the Cookie Policy.
3. Purposes and legal basis

Providing the form data (name and phone) is optional, but necessary for us to contact you back: without it, we cannot follow up on your request.
4. Processing methods and retention
Data is processed with IT tools and appropriate security measures, by authorised staff. It is kept only for as long as necessary for the stated purposes:
- Contact requests not followed by a booking: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Data relating to confirmed bookings: for the period required by accounting and tax obligations (normally 10 years).
- Cookie consent data: up to 12 months.
5. Data recipients
Data may be processed on our behalf, as data processors, by:
- the hosting provider and the provider of the site's email mailbox;
- AF Digital (Via Puccini 55, Marina di Campo – LI, Italy), which handles the site's development and technical maintenance;
- Meta Platforms, if you choose to contact us via WhatsApp (under the WhatsApp/Meta terms);
- Google and Meta, for analytics and marketing cookies only and only with your prior consent.
Data is neither disclosed publicly nor sold to third parties.
6. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers (e.g. Google, Meta) may also process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case, the transfer takes place on the basis of the appropriate safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or adherence to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
7. Your rights
You can at any time exercise the rights under Articles 15-22 GDPR: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing and withdrawal of consent (without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent given before withdrawal).
To exercise them, write to info@elbapescaturismo.it. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (www.garanteprivacy.it).
8. Changes
The Controller may update this policy. The version published on this page, with its date, is the one in force.
